ESTOOLS database contains several different kinds of experimental data collected from ESTOOLS members and from the publicly available human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) measurements.
Current ESTOOLS database includes the gene expression, exon and SNP samples data. There are now 38 datasets in the database, which are 537 data samples totally.
